MenoFlow

Navigate the challenges of Menopause with this self paced workshop. Designed specifically for women experiencing menopause, this session integrates trauma informed movement and breathwork practices to help alleviate common symptoms like hot flashes, mood swings and fatigue.
By honouring the body's natural rhythms and addressing underlying emotional stress, you'll learn to connect with your body in order to embrace this life stage with confidence and compassion.

Sacred Flow

This deeply restorative and trauma-informed yoga session is designed to honour and support your body, with a special focus on your womb space.
Rooted in a compassionate approach, this session creates a safe and healing environment where you can gently release stored emotions, trauma, and pain tied to women's health experiences. Whether it’s trauma from pregnancy, birth, miscarriage, termination, sexual abuse, or reproductive health struggles, Sacred Flow offers a space to process, heal, and reclaim your connection to your body.
Through mindful movement, breathwork, and guided emotional release techniques, this practice allows you to tap into the wisdom of your body, releasing tension and unprocessed emotions that may be stored in the pelvic area and womb. By nurturing these deeply sensitive spaces, Sacred Flow helps to foster a sense of safety, empowerment, and emotional balance.
