1:1 Trauma-Informed Women’s Health Support

Supporting women across the lifespan through a trauma-informed, somatic and holistic approach, these personalised sessions help you navigate physical, emotional, and hormonal health with practical tools and deep understanding.

I work with women through:

  • Menstrual cycle and hormonal support

  • Fertility and reproductive health, including trying to conceive and reproductive trauma

  • Pregnancy, postpartum, and pregnancy loss

  • Perimenopause and menopause

  • Chronic stress, burnout, and trauma recovery

 

Each session is tailored to your needs, helping you regulate your nervous system, manage stress, and reconnect with your body’s intelligence. Sessions are grounded, evidence-informed, and responsive to your lived experience.

Group Sessions & Workshops

These sessions provide opportunities to explore somatic tools, yoga, and holistic practices in a supportive environment. They are designed to help women:

  • Reduce stress and anxiety

  • Improve body awareness and resilience

  • Build practical skills for managing life transitions

 

Group sessions also create a sense of community and shared experience, helping women feel supported and seen in ways that solo online courses or generic programs often don’t offer.

Corporate & Workplace Wellbeing Programmes

I provide tailored wellbeing programmes for small businesses to support employees through stress, burnout, trauma, and life transitions — including menstrual cycles, fertility challenges, pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause and menopause.

Many workplaces offer online portals or generic counselling, but employees often don’t have the time or capacity to engage with these solutions. My approach is different:

  • 6 hours per week per business, with 1:1 sessions available for employees

  • Tailored support plans addressing individual needs

  • Follow-up and accountability to ensure tools are integrated into everyday life

  • Practical, trauma-informed strategies to improve resilience, retention, and mental health

 

These programmes are designed for small teams who want meaningful, on-demand support that actually gets used, not tick-box solutions.
