Wilderness Festival 2025

After a transformative and sold-out workshop last year, I am honoured to return to Wilderness Festival 2025 to facilitate the Sacred Womb Ceremony. This intimate, trauma-informed session offers a nurturing space for individuals who identify as female to reconnect with their bodies and release stored emotions.​

What to Expect:

Through restorative yoga, somatic check-ins, breathwork, and self-abdominal massage, we focus on healing the solar plexus and sacral chakras. This ceremony is particularly beneficial for those who have experienced birth trauma, sexual trauma, fertility challenges, PMS, PMDD, or relationship issues. It provides a gentle and safe environment to support healing and emotional release.​
