Corporate Wellbeing Consultant
From a young age, I knew the corporate world wasn’t for me. Trained as a dancer, I’ve always been fascinated by how the body works, loved staying active, and honestly couldn’t imagine being stuck in an office chair all day. But after traveling and coming back to the hustle and bustle of life at home, I got swept up in the pressure of wanting to buy a house and feeling like I needed to keep up with what everyone else was doing. So, I took the plunge and accepted a corporate job, at first it was magical, my bank account looked great, I had a lovely team and I was able to travel with my job. Fast forward four years, and things weren’t going as planned. My work-life balance was completely out of whack. Targets were taking priority over my health, and slowly, burnout started to creep in. It was a huge wake-up call, physically and mentally, and I knew something had to change.​

Now, after experiencing the pressures of corporate life firsthand and going through burnout myself, I understand the hesitation of reaching out to HR—feeling like you’re not good at your job or worrying about being judged, I’m on a mission to help businesses create better Wellbeing policies for their teams - something I wish I had access to.
As a freelance consultant, I work with companies to implement a range of programs—from menopause support to mental health resources, managing long-term sick leave, and assisting employees returning from maternity leave or dealing with postnatal depression. Each program is tailored to the specific needs of the company, and my engagements typically last between 2 to 6 weeks.
